Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Returns must be initiated by contacting our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method (or as store credit, depending on the situation).

  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the item is returned damaged, used, or not in its original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain types of goods are not eligible for return, including:

    • Items marked as final sale

    • Custom or personalized products

    • Perishable or consumable items

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After that period, we may have already started processing the order, and cancellation might not be possible.
